Brilliant album! Will probably be one of my ten favorites of the year!

Agreed...this is quite likely a top ten of 2007 album for me. I cannot stop playing it.

I had just recently gotten into Dinosaur Jr. by way of "Our Band Could Be Your Life" and I've gotta say that, as with the also recently re-banded Lifetime, this is worthy of the antecedant stuff and is definitely kicking my ass in the best way possible.

I have sersioualy been listening to "You're Living All Over Me" nonstop for a week. I want to hear this in the worst way.

I don't know why I was expecting Bug or even Dinosaur. Oh, that's right: the cover (complete with old-school font). However it feels more like a mid-late 90s Dinosaur Jr with a few Sebadoh songs thrown in. Perhaps I was hoping the mix would be more SST than Blanco Y Negro and that J. would sing a bit more like on those albums. Something I never thought I'd say in my youth though is that Lou's is the best song on the album (Back To Your Heart). But then I'd never imagine that they'd play on an album together again either. And yeah, in spite of its not being any "You're Living All Over Me" it is pretty good.
