Like this album very much, full of summer, magic, refinement, lust, melancolia, hooks, lights, wonder. Even the fact that Green´s voice seems processed in a rather artificial way, seems to enhance the dreamy quality of the music! One of the many strange things of this album that will give these songs a long life. if you love this one, go back some months and years, ignore Stylus´s dull criticicsm and rediscover the last song albums of Robert Wyatt and Brian Eno, "Cuckooland" and "Another Day On Earth". These masterpieces fit well with Scrotti´s songs in a wonderful tradition of slim, tender, vulnerable english voices (and brilliant lyrics)!
