 Seems a bit low. I have been working backwards through Alias' stuff since I heard another collaboration, Alias & Ehren. That album was fantastic, as was Muted. I think your general proposition is incorrect also. While you're right that some tension can make a collaboration work, it is not a neccesary feature. In the jazz context, for example, having a sympathetic mindset can create perfect albums. A more recent example: Ellen Allien & Apparat have differing styles, but that album works because of compromise, not friction.
