Meawhile I´ve seen (and heared)this DVD several times.Although Supersilent have a great reservoir of sound elements and styles working together and sometimes biting one another, it´s always a wonderful experience to realize that something totally improvised and jazzy can go directions so far beyond the mainstream of the jazz culture. Supersilent 5, with its more subtile and ambient spaces, remains my favourite, but this performance is a great one, and to record this in black and white, was a wise decision. Friends of the more lyrical moments of trumpet player (and singer) Arve Henriksen, should look for his excellent "Chiaroscuro" album, that was also released by Rune Grammofon, this brilliant company from Oslo.
