Funny article; nice to see the good-natured self-effacing ribbing going on. Many of us take this site way too seriously at times. It's an easy mistake to make, considering that there is very little good music writing out there anywhere these days, and Stylus for better or worse bears the brunt of our wrath because it really is one of the most well constructed outlets for pop culture writing on the Web. I still get enraged by editorials or articles from time to time and threaten to never read Stylus again, but I always come back. Thanks for reminding us veterans of the Comments War of 2006 that it is okay to laugh at ourselves.

Waiting for the Sun always confuses me, because the song is actually on Morrison Hotel, which is perhaps my favorite doors album of my youth. Peace Frog/Blue Monday is scrumptous.

Well, I have just gotten accused of posting too much, but here we go again. Just seconding cwperry's sentiments, especially the fact that Stylus as an entity usually owns up to it's own humanity and also is very brave for allowing us on here to muck up the works. I already regret a comment I made today (though back almost all of them up) but man it is hard sometimes not to get pissed. Would certainly be amusing and painful to see a list of the most ridiculous and unfortunate (i.e. stupid) comments posted to this site. I am sure there are some Stylus writers who would have a field day with that one.
