Agree wholeheartedly. I saw this film a couple months ago at a film fest and after the first half hour immediately thought "comedy of the year". Not even the most prude viewer left without a hearty belly laugh under their belts. Apart from the hilarity, a nice perk: it's probably the best film to explore the nature of comedy itself... what is funny and why? This film comes the closest to actually answering that elusive question.

couldn't you have done a review without blurting out the coveted punchline? Nice spoiler.

Does knowing the "punchline" of the joke really spoil anything? I thought the whole point was that the punchline is superfluous and the buildup is the important part.

punchline and buildup were both included in the review...sure I understand its all the way its told, but why sully the viewing experience by building it up even once? what purpose does it serve to the rest of the review?

Guy logs onto Stylus. Reads The Aristocrats review and comments box. Proceeds to enfold the menstruated crusts of a flabby half-clubbed feline sealcub`s swollen vulval lips over his head and then plucks out splinters from its buttcrack to jab them through his foreskin. Does it all in words in a public forum. Stylus editor asks "what the hell is that?" Writer replies I call it the `Hibeside`.
