"GZA’s best metaphors come one after another: “I flow like the blood on a murder scene,” “Shit's played, like zodiac signs on sweatshirts,” and perhaps GZA’s most brilliant slam, “Lyrics are weak, like clock radio speakers.” A good metaphor is one that is original, yet easily relatable. Everyone has a clock radio, and everyone’s clock radio has shitty speakers." Er, those are all similes.

Isn't it "I flow like the blood of a murdered saint"?

A couple points: you had a point to make when villifying 'Bulletproof Wallets', it helps to create a story arc. You never mentioned that the album was released missing like three songs and failing to clear a beat (the version you talk about is the original, the album had a shitty synth version), with even Ghost admitting to its shitty nature. Oh and Killah Sin DESTROYS "Strawberry", a song with a masterful beat. And "The Hilton" is a solid narrative in the school of "The MGM" and a million other Ghost/Rae connections. I must also say that you implying "Hollow Bones" is overproduced is kinda silly. It doesn't even have drums. It's also one of my top 10 wu-tang songs ever. Includes a truly well-delivered Ghost verse. Overall, good synopsis.

wow. and i thought i was a rap nerd. everyone, meet your new master. but for being such a fan, i'm surprised at the holes here. i can't remember them all, as i started reading this thing like 2 hours ago (i hope stylus is paying you reallll well), but most glaringly, that is NOT RZA you are quoting on "Holocaust" with the 'doom reality' lines. That is Holocaust.
